TYPODAY 2026 was hosted at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Kochi, in collaboration with IDC, IIT Bombay, bringing together students, designers, educators and creative practitioners for a three-day exploration of typography, calligraphy, design and visual communication.
The programme featured insightful masterclasses and hands-on design workshops led by renowned experts, providing participants with opportunities to explore the principles and practices of typography and visual design. The sessions offered new perspectives on how letters, forms, spaces and ideas can be brought together to create meaningful visual experiences.
Through demonstrations, discussions and practical engagements, participants explored the creative processes behind typography and calligraphy while experimenting with new approaches to design and visual expression. The programme provided a platform for learning, creative exchange and interdisciplinary engagement.
TYPODAY 2026 was held from 28–30 September 2026 at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Kochi, in collaboration with IDC, IIT Bombay.
