Modifications

Modifications of the Terms: The University reserves the right to change the Terms under which the Services are offered, including but not limited to the charges, if any, associated with the use of the Services. The Terms may also be modified by the University from time to time basis changes in business, legal and regulatory requirements. The University will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant changes to these Terms to you; however, your continuous usage of the Portal shall be deemed as acceptance of the then-current Terms. You are encouraged to periodically visit this page to review these Terms and any changes to it.

Modification of Services: The University reserves the right to add, modify or delete any content or features available as part of the Services at any time at its sole discretion.

The Portal may contain links to other websites / applications (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of the University and the University is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site or any information transmitted by a Linked Site. THE UNIVERSITY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO YOUR PERSONAL OR OTHER INFORMATION THAT MAY BE COLLECTED, PROCESSED, SHARED OR RETAINED BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction with respect to any disputes arising in relation to these Terms.

Force Majeure

The University shall be under no liability whatsoever in the event of non-availability of any portion of the Portal, Services or subscribed content due to an act of God, war, disease, revolution, riot, civil commotion, strike, lockout, flood, fire, failure of any public utility, manmade disaster, infrastructure failure or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of the University.

Severability

If any of these Terms are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such part of these Terms will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
