"Industry–Academia Linkage" Session - DEEKSHARAMBH 2026

As part of Deeksharambh 2026, the Department of Humanities & Social Sciences, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Kochi, organized an insightful Industry–Academia Linkage Session featuring Dr. D. Dhanuraj, Chairman, Center for Public Policy Research (CPPR).

Drawing on his extensive experience in public policy and research, Dr. Dhanuraj shared valuable perspectives on the evolving professional landscape, the growing significance of Industry 5.0, and the importance of strengthening the connection between academia and industry. He encouraged students to cultivate critical thinking, embrace lifelong learning, and remain adaptable in a technology-driven world.

The session also highlighted the importance of internships, industry exposure, professional networking, and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in shaping successful careers.
