Students of Jain University, Kochi, presented augmented reality (AR)–enabled mascots inspired by the Kochi Metro to KMRL officials

As part of Deeksharambh 2025, students of Jain University, Kochi, presented augmented reality (AR)-enabled mascots inspired by the Kochi Metro to KMRL officials. The ceremonial handover took place on campus in the presence of KMRL Managing Director Loknath Behera, Jain University's Director of New Initiatives Dr. Tom Joseph, Pro Vice-Chancellor Dr. Latha, and Future Kerala Mission Chairman Venu Rajamony. The mascots, which creatively reflect the spirit of Kochi Metro, Water Metro, and the city's cultural legacy, were developed by students using generative Al tools, following specialized training.
